Shipping and Handling Policy

  • All items are dispatched from our warehouse to any street address in Australia (no PO boxes). Pick up maybe available upon special request, please contact us for further details.
  • We provide you with your consignment details so you are able to track the delivery of your massage chair. Timings may vary, we do recommend you liaise with the courier if you have any specific delivery instructions.
  • We use a registered door-to-door courier services. To ensure your goods get to you quickly and safely, please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery during normal business hours.
  • Please ensure somebody is there to assist the driver and sign for goods.
  • Our couriers are authorised to deliver to your door only.
  • Insurance is included on all goods in transit.
  • We ship within Australia, however if you interested in overseas shipping, please contact us to discuss.
  • Pick up is available from our warehouse upon appointment.
    – Please Note, if you Select a ‘Depo pick up’ option for your delivery, this requires more processing and handling time and may extend normal delivery estimates.

Installation

All our chairs are designed to have a simple click and connect installation process, but if you still require a technician to help with installation one can be arranged.

  • Standard Metro Installation – Optional installation on all chairs can be arranged for a fee of $295.
    – Dependent on availability of technician, installation will occur 5 to 10 business days after delivery of chair is confirmed.
    – Vic metro and Geelong areas can arrange for delivery and installation combined, with in 5 to 10 business days of purchase.
  • Regional Installation can be arrange but will include travel time for technician in the price. (further costs may be involved and will be quoted on an individual basis.)

Return and Refund Policy

  • If for a valid reason you need to return the product,
    – please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the chair.
    – The Chair needs to be returned to our warehouse within 7 days, in original packaging with return transportation costs at buyer’s expense.
  • When the returned item is inspected,
    – Refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if packaging and item is not in “as new” condition.
    – A handling fee may also apply.
    – We will then refund full amount less any above costs and less transportation costs.
